Katie Johnson DVM

Dr. Katie graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013 and completed a one year internship at BluePearl Veterinary Partners in 2014. Dr. Katie & Dr. Kirk met during her first year of vet school and she has been immersed in the horse world ever since. While she is a full time small animal associate at Family Friends Veterinary Hospital, she spends her ‘off’ time with Classic Equine in whatever capacity is needed. She often tends to the hospitalized emergency cases and has a passion for everything repro! Her children consist of Tikka (a perfect golden retriever), Bella (a fat & sassy quarter horse mare), Colt & Ruger (2 adorable cats).
